Ingredients
1 Tbsp. | Butter |
7 | Grade A Medium Phil’s Fresh Eggs |
6 tsp. | Water |
1 ½ cups | Cooked steak, diced |
6 | Medium-sized flour or corn tortillas |
1 | Large avocado, sliced |
1 | Large tomato, diced |
1 Tbsp. | Cilantro, minced |
½ cup | White onion, diced |
Directions
Step-1
Heat butter in a large frying pan over medium-low heat. Crack the eggs in a medium bowl and whisk together with water until well-combined. Add the whisked eggs to the pan and scramble until cooked. Remove from the stove.
Step-2
Prepare your breakfast tacos: Evenly distribute the eggs among the six tortillas. Add ¼ cup steak to each tortilla, then top with avocado slices, diced tomato, cilantro and diced onion.
