3/4 lb. | Sweet Italian turkey sausage |
1 | Medium-sized firm tart apple, such as Granny Smith or Cortland, finely diced (OK to leave the peel on), about 1 cup |
2 | Cloves garlic, minced |
2 cups | Low-sodium chicken broth |
