These egg white bacon cheese stuffed biscuits are the perfect breakfast for mornings on the go.

Try something unique this morning—fire up the grill and make a batch of these maple-bacon breakfast burgers.

Ingredients

1 can
(16 oz.)
Refrigerated biscuits
½ cupPhil’s DHA Omega-3 Egg whites, cooked
½ cupCooked chopped bacon
½ cupShredded cheddar cheese
 Chopped chives

 

Directions

Step-1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step-2

Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Use a sharp knife to cut a deep hole in each biscuit from the side.

Step-3

Stuff each biscuit with 1 Tbsp. cooked egg whites, 1 Tbsp. bacon, 1 Tbsp. cheddar cheese and some chives.

Step-4

Use your fingers to close and seal the biscuits. Put the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet and place in the oven.

Step-5

Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
